The doctor and staff always listen to our problems/concerns and are always polite. We had 2 appointments one day and 1 appointment the following week and they worked the 3rd one in so we didn't have to come back. Very honest and helpful in trying to help us save some money but still meet our needs. We gave gone here for years and we recommend Dr. Cook to everyone we know!
Dr. Sautter was able to offer solutions to my foot pain and gave me exercises to do. He also did a quick procedure on a split toenail that was completely painless! And it looks great. I don't think there will be a visible scar when it heals.
Great Staff - Great Service. Dr. Sautter was very personable and explained the issues and options I had to correct them. His Assistant, Taylor, was very kind and answered all my questions. We have recently moved into the area and was very pleased to find such excellent foot specialists I can be confident in.
After moving to Cache County I did my research before picking a new podiatrist. I'm glad I did because Dr Cook knew what to look for when I came in with problems to my left foot. He even pointed out additional things he recommend getting fixed to help the way I walk. I had surgery a week ago and look forward to seeing improvement as I heal.
I have been seeing Dr. Sautter for over 7 months I'd say. He's polite and understanding. He listens and discusses thoroughly all your options. He will do everything first leaving surgery for the last option. The staff are polite and friendly as well.

Dr. Cook and his staff are fantastic! He did a great job on my ankle repair surgery and is so optimistic! Every time I leave after a post op appointment I feel positive and like I can handle another week because the Dr is so positive and encouraging. His staff is professional and kind--they get the door for me as I'm on crutches and it's difficult to get myself.
Simply.... WOW!! I couldn't ask for nicer and so very personable people who genuinely care. I tell everyone about them. Dr. Sautter listens and goes over and beyond my needs. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
